The Fishkill Parks Department maintains
six (6) neighborhood parks for resident's enjoyment.
Maurer Geering Park
Located on Geering Way at the intersection of Route 52 and westbound I-84.
Facilities: four (4) tennis courts, two (2) lit basketball courts, one
(1) Little League
field, one (1) Senior League field, covered pavilion (call the Town Clerk at 845-831-7800 ext 3329 to
reserve), bathroom facilities, concession stand (run by the Fishkill Little
League), and playground.
Shepheard Memorial Park
Located on Route 82 next to the Brinckerhoff Elementary School.
Facilities: one (1) baseball field, one (1) softball field, two (2) Little League fields,
bathroom facilities, and a concession stand (run by the Fishkill Little League)
Doug Phillips Park
Located on
Route 52
just east of the Route 82 interchange.
Facilities: Natural trail, two (2)
softball fields, bathroom facilities, playground, picnicking,
three (3)
tennis courts, and one (1)
basketball court.
Friendly Paws Park
Located at
Doug Phillips Park on
Route 52
just east of the Route 82 interchange.
This park is open everday except Thursdays.

Dutchess Junction Park
Located on
Route 9-D south of Beacon
Facilities: Nature trail, picnicking, and
playground
Jean Van Pelt Park
Located on
Washington Ave.
Facilities: Passive
recreation, stream-side nature trail, picnicking, playground,
and fishing

Dutchess Lake Park
Located on
West View Drive
Facilities: Passive recreation, Tot-Lot with swings
and a Pond with a
little fishing
