The Town of Fishkill Planning Department receives applications for the following with the town:
- Site Development Plan Approval
- Subdivision Approval
- Special Use Permit Approval
They coordinate the placing of project applications for the Planning Board and coordinate the environmental review of projects. The Planning Department can also answer a host of resident questions relating to wetlands, soils, property locations and questions relating to project development.
