Brian Wrye - Board Member - Email
In 1999 my wife, son and I moved to the Town of Fishkill and immediately felt at home. Over the years our son went through the Wappinger Central School system, married a wonderful lady from Bogota, Colombia and has now given us a beautiful granddaughter.
My wife and I met acting in the city and she continues to feed her passion for theater by acting, directing and serving on the board of County Players.
I started my involvement with the town on the Environmental Board and have been active on multiple
issues, even leading the charge to halt large-scale developments in our neighborhood.
That being said, I have a passion for creating economic vitality and growth in Fishkill, but we have to be strategic. This interest continues at the County level, as I also serve on several committees including Think Dutchess Alliance for Business, EDAC Marketing Committee. Working together, we can expand employment opportunities, research ways to alleviate traffic congestion all while maintaining a safe community.
It is my great honor to serve you on our Town Board.
