WATER & SEWER DEPARTMENT- EMAIL
The Town of Fishkill has six main water districts and seven sewer districts. Each water and sewer district is maintained separately. The Town’s Water and Sewer Department’s primary mission is to maintain and improve the quality and reliability of the Town’s water and sewer systems. The Town strives to provide safe, potable drinking water as well as maintain the sanitary sewer collection and pumping systems for district users and residents.
In the event that you are having an issue with your water or sewer service, please contact the Town of Fishkill Water & Sewer Operator, CAMO Pollution Control at 845-463-7310.
For all billing related inquiries, please contact the Town of Fishkill Water & Sewer Department at 845-831-7800, ext. 3314 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Billing Schedule:
Quarterly Billing Schedule - March 15th, June 15th, September 15, December 15th. Payment is due by the 15th of the following month.

All payments should be mailed to the address listed below. Please note, if mailed, payments must be U.S. postmarked to determine its mailing date. Postage meter indication or foreign postmarks are not acceptable for determining timeliness of mailing. Please be sure to add your bill number to your payment for proper payment allocation.

Bring your bill and payment to the Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
Pay On-Line
Pay your bill online with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit/debit card or electronic check using our third-party vendor. Click here to pay your bill online.
NOTE: There is a convenience fee for this service from our payment service provider, Xpress-pay.(2.85% plus $.45 per transaction for credit/debit cards and a flat fee of $2.50 for electronic checks)
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for notifying the Town of Fishkill Water & Sewer Department of any changes in account status such as new ownership or residency changes
The property owner is responsible for the water service line from the curb box, located at the edge of the property, to the point of entry into your building. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain their water service line and to protect from damage and keep accessible the water meter located on your property.

- A 10% late fee will be assessed on any bill not paid by the due date.
- A $20 fee will be charged for insufficient funds or returned checks.
