The Planning Board is appointed by the Town Board. It is responsible for reviewing and approving all Land Development Permits, Lot Line Revisions/Resubdivisions, Subdivisions and Site Plans, Special Permits, except Special Use Permits for Mobile Home Parks, which are within the purview of the Town Board, and provides comments on proposed Local Laws referred to them by the Town Board.
